Vista installation disk for OEM machine?

Will Microsoft sell me an installation disk for my completely legit OEM machine? (operating system factory installed, sticker good)

The manufacturer is on the hook for supplying you with that. It may cost a little, but that's one of the parameters of the OEM deal.

Thanks. A little cost is not a problem. Manufacturer is Lenovo. I should clarify: what I'm looking for is the stand-alone disk for the installed OS. I want to format, and do a clean install, as a last ditch effort to regain a bit of speed....
