Vista only one restore point but the used shadow copy storage space is keep increasing

Hi,

I set Maximum Shadow Copy Storage space to 3 GB in my Vista.
I then checked there is only ONE restore point at the moment.

My question is why the Used Shadow Copy Storage space is keep increasing?
I think it will increase only when the second resore point created?

You can see theinformation of my Vista:

Used Shadow Copy Storage space: 0 B
Allocated Shadow Copy Storage space: 0 B
Maximum Shadow Copy Storage space: 3 GB

Used Shadow Copy Storage space: 102.406 MB
Allocated Shadow Copy Storage space: 400 MB
Maximum Shadow Copy Storage space: 3 GB

Used Shadow Copy Storage space: 211.297 MB
Allocated Shadow Copy Storage space: 500 MB
Maximum Shadow Copy Storage space: 3 GB

When you make and delete files the shadow copies will still remain.

What I understand is the amount of the system files copied into a restore point should be a constant, it will copy system files again only until next restore point.
Anything wrong?
