I have officially no idea what is causing this problem. Around every 15-30 seconds Vista just craps out on my internet connection. I am using 64-bit. I have read and tried all kinds of supposed fixes, Vista Anti Lag, WLANOptimizer, Netsh scripts, Disabling IPv6...nothing works. All my drivers are up to date. I am not on a wireless connection, I'm plugged directly into my modem. This is what pinging yahoo looks like...just random drops. Its impossible to play any games like this and browsing the internet is driving me nuts.

I do not see any resolution/help for this.
I have the same issue, but on my home network.
One of my computers is behaving the same (only one of them) and it can't be a cabling issue, as only the wireless in active. Other computers on the same wireless network does not have any issues with ping timeouts - unless they ping this one specific machine.
Machine with problem run Windows 7 Home Professional ...
Other machines working fine run Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows Vista.
Could it be a home professional issue ????

I had that problem once before, and i went to the ISP configuration site and reset it to factory settings, disconnected and reconnected, and configured it back to my settings, worked fine after.
