Vista reload

trying to reload vista on toshiba and keep getting error "the computer retarted unexpectedly orencountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click ok to restart and restart the installation". When I restart all I get is the same error????

Boot from ur OS DVD and select "Repair system".
