Vista to windows 7 upgrade with hard drives

I have vista installed on a seperate 500gb hard drive. I keep all my media stored on 4tb of other harddrives seperately. they are setup as dynamic disks spanned together. Once I upgrade will those drives still work properly and will I loose any data?

You can upgrade without problems, just make you sure that you have a restore point before do the upgrade.
