Vista Ultimate bootloader freezes

Hello, I just installed a fresh copy of Vista Ultimate on an Acer Desltop that was designed with Vista on it. After the Installation is complete the final boot freezes at the Vista Bootloader screen and goes no further. Please help.

Have you tried booting in Safe mode??

Yes After the bios loads up it goes to a black screen that says "Booting Windows Vista" .....acpi Vista Loader 2.1.2. Never goes any further, just a flashing cursor.

Try Restting BIOS to factory settings & boot again.
