Vista uses 2 of 4gb ram

Hello,
My 1 year old Acer aspire 7735Z showed when i bought it, 4GB ram, when i last checked, i only had 2.

what happened to the 2 other 2GB i have paid for?

Have you checked in the Control Panel under System to see the amount of installed memory and usable memory?
If it's only showing 2 installed then either you have faulty ram or ram slots.
