Vista will not boot

Hello,
I am running Windows Vista 64 bit when all of a sudden Windows will not boot. I have 2 WD 640 SATA hard drives. When I try and boot fron Windows disk abd choose recovery, it tells me missing hard drive. The hard drive shows up in BIOS. Can I load Windows on my second hard drive? What are my options for recovery? Help

Check the boot order in BIOS. Check SATA settings are to ACHI.

Try "Recovering the Master Boot Record" option. But if Windows install disk doesn't see the drive.....mmmmmmmmmmmm.
