Vista will not show SATA drive eventhough it loaded it

Hello,
This is my problem, I have a Asus Maximus mainboard 4gig crusial ram
qE6600 pent 4750x2 vid card two generic dvd sata drives one 1.5 T sata drive. My problem is I have another SATA Drive, a 1 T segate I haven't formatted it yet because it won't show up in Windos Vista

Does it show up in "disk management"?
