any ideas as to why my microsoft laser mouse 6000 only scrolls one way in quicken
any help would be appreciated

start, control panel, mouse, and in the tab scroll select the option that you need.

Thanks, already tried that, and from looking at various threads on numberous sites it appears to be a general problem,
even tried disabling all hid inputs, all that did was to disable my mouse and it took me an hour to reinstall it.
