[SOLVED] Visual artifacts appearing in videos

only recently started appearing, shows in videos and photo and only on 1 monitor.
monitor is an acer predator, 4k , connected via dp to gtx 1070

i reseated and swapped dp ports and it worked, probably should of tried that first
