Visual C++ Redistributable error

I can't install, repair, or delete it. Both the x86, and the x64 versions. I get this error. If you guys have any suggestions I'm open. I even tried this script -https://gist.github.com/heaths/77fbe0b44496960fab25c2eb0b9e8475

you can let windows updates do it for you. open settings (press winkey+i). update and security. windows update. advanced options. check "give me updates for other ms products". go back to updates. click on check updates button.

As he said above, download and install latest x86 and x64 versions, yes a 64-bit Windows will need both.

I have tried all of that. none of it works
