Hello everyone,
I recently found my old HP 2711x monitor I had back when I purchased it in around 2014 where it was working fine. I decided to use it on my PC and when I turned it on it had this very bright contrast with an odd black vertical bar with a red line I. The middle of it, as long as a 3 inch bar of the far left side of the monitor right next to it. I have posted pictures of my screen and I apologize for having to use a phone camera, since taking a screen shot doesn't show the visual errors. I used an hdmi cable.Anyone have any solutions? Is it a potential hardware issue?
PC Specs:
GTX 960
i5-4590 @3.30 GHz
16 GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro
Thanks
