Visual studio 2013 ultimate update 3

So i downloaded visual studio 2013 ultimate update 3 from torrent,but when i try to install it an error message pops up saying setup blocked ,this version of visual studio requires a computer with a newer version of windows . I have windows 7 ultimate(pirated) which recently got updates online which made it not genuine. So do i have to get windows 8.1 for it or it runs on windows 7 and i have to format my pc again due to not genuine thing?.
