Vizio M260MV 26" good gaming monitor?

Hi guys, I recently found this Monitor online and was wondering how well it would fare as a gaming monitor - assuming there are no dead pixels [since it is refurbished].
Currently running Phenom II x4 945 C3 and a ATI 5770 [Will be upgrading to a 6950 2GB soonish]
