Question Vizio TV System Directory

is there anyway to view Vizio TV System Directory? When I insert my flash drive into the USB port of the TV I can't find it on the TV to view its contents.

Not all TVs with USB port have options to see or use contents of USB drive plugged into the port. If you mention your exact TV' model, someone might help.
