Please help, this is driving me nuts!
I have an Aspire One D270 with an Intel Atom CPU N2600 and 4Gb Ram (32Bit)
I am able to watch YouTube but NOT full screen mp4 on either VLC or SMplayer.
I started off with Lubuntu 18.04 but with this release I could not even watch YouTube it lagged so badly.
I am sure it is a problem with the GPU driver/acceleration but I am not sure how to fix.
What is frustrating it that I am able to watch the same MP4 without any problems on my Telefunken LED TV (42FHDA) without any problems (far less processing power and spec)
I have tried other small footprint linux distros like sparky/puppy with the same results. I also tried Kodi OS with the same result.
I am at the point considering if I should go back to Windows 7 starter and get the official drivers from Acer jut to get it working.
Is there anyone that can shed some light on the matter?
