[SOLVED] VM Windows 98 Errors on install

I have a cd with windows 98
The problem is that when the install is finishing (Updating System Settings... Part,) It spams errors
i have tried differend iso's and differend cd's

Im using oracles vm
how can i solve this?


Errors:

An Error occurred Loading "C:\Windows\System\initpki.dll". the file may not have been installed or it has been corrupted

An Error occurred Loading "C:\Windows\System\cryptdlg.dll". the file may not have been installed or it has been corrupted

An Error occurred while calling the function "DLLRegistererServer" in C:\Windows\System\Webvm.dll"

An Error occurred while calling "DLLRegistererServer" in C:\Windows\System\shdoc401.dll". {HRESULT = 80004005}

Unable to install java packages From
C:\WINDOWS\Java\Classes\xmldso4.cab.

A required .DLL fille, .DLL, Was not found

And many more

And if i pass them There is this Error:
Shell32.dll Is missing

And if i get pass that aswell i cant do much because there are many dlls missing

Yes I did
This thing only happens with windows 95-98

Those instructions work when followed exactly as presented. If you are trying to install anything other than Windows 98SE then you will have problems, as anything earlier is expressly not supported.
