I have a compaq presario 1235 that I am clean installing with windows
98. It comes up with an error...

Windows protection error

c:\windows\system\vmm32.vxd: missing/unable to load

microsoft has articles but, I can't seem to type the commands right in
the prompt. Could somebody type the right prompt command for me to
copy an put in. Its all loaded in the default location in windows in
the c drive.
