VMWARE ESXI with only once work station

Hi Friends,
i have one ESXI host which has a direct connectivity with my workstation in which i have installed vsphere client (peer to peer connection) .

but i am unable to connect my Esxi using Vsphere . what is the reason behind of this ?

EsXI IP address: 198.156.12.34
work station IP address: 198.156.12.33(both are static)

Kindly help me to resolve this issue

Are you sure you have set up correctly these IP addresses? They are public, belonging to a company in Texas.
You have probably wanted to place 192.168.xxx.yyy addresses.
Whatever IP addressing you have - make sure you can ping between client and server, ESXI or not.

Yes Bro , i have set up the mentioned IP address only but still facing the same issue while using peer to peer connection

or kindly give a Static IP and subnet details to set up in both server and client
