Is there a program that allows players to speak to each other instead
of typing chats? Typing chats is often too slow, and there's the risk
of getting caught nappiing, if you know what I mean ;-)

AFAIK Teamspeak http://www.goteamspeak.com is a popular voice chat prog;
it's client/server based though, so you'll have to setup a server somewhere.

Well actually he won't need to set up a server... There are HUNDREDS of
public servers just sitting there waiting to be used.
