Voip Call Breaking

Hello All,

I am using Broadband with 1.5 Mpbs speed.. And shared with 3 systems.
The Voip call is breaking.. is there any issues regarding the speed please advice

Adjust your QoS. Probably 20% at least required for VoIP.

i am getting upload speed upto 215 kpbs.. is it the reason behind voice breaking
