[SOLVED] Voltage Fan Control safe to use?

My motherboard (GIGABYTE AX370-GAMING) has Hybrid fan headers that supports both PWM and Voltage mode fan speed control.
Since my case fans are 2000RPM 90CFM, they are quite loud at full speed so I used the FAN control to make them 1600RPM.
Will that hurt either one of the components? Or is it safe to use?

I have set it at 20C- 1600RPM
40C- 1700RPM
50C- 1850RPM
60C and above- 2000RPM

It is safe to use i think 2000rpm is overkill for almost everything for case fans i only use 600rpm consistently
