Voltage for XP 1.666? Overclocking

What should be the voltage of a 1.666ghz athlon? The CPU default speed is a 1700 athlon (1.475ghz) and I am shooting to overclock it to an xp 2000 (1.666ghz) I'm almost postitive I can do it because I have a volcano 6 CU 7200 rpm cpu fan and it keeps it dang cool. Past 1.6 it shuts off without warning, (not a temp problem) So I'm guessing I don't have the voltage high enough but I'm not sure and i don't want to burn my chip.

I have my XP1800+ with 1.87v clocked to 1720 ghz. I don't know that I would want to
go higher on mine but others have.
