Voltage Irregularity

When I plug in my 1.5V G.Skill DDR3 RAM, The motherboard reads the Voltage applied as 1.5V. but the Voltage setting option reads 1.6V, and when I set ti to 1.55V, it reads as around 1.45V being applied, is this just a sensor bug, a glitch in the voltage regulation, or just how it always reads, and I just never heard of this.

Just use the default setting which is usually auto. Yeah, sometimes the readings aren't totally accurate. If your system is stable, a little variance won't hurt anything.
