voltage locked up higher than bios setting

i overclocked my ryzen 1500x to 3.9Ghz on msi mortar motherboard, and it worked totally fine. but when i checked ryzen master, the cpu voltage was locked up higher than what it should be. originally, it was set up to 1.375 but the program shows it is locked at over 1.4
what should i do?

There are quite a few models of MSIs Mortar Motherboards it would help if you list the exact model #, and without that I'll just guess your LLC (Load Line Calibration), is the problem.
