voltage on SATA marked output PSU

I'm trying to connect up my frontpanel LED's in my case- and they need a female sata connector, but the only thing that will hook up to is a 6pin connector marked "sata" on the output from the PSU - is this low enough voltage for an LED or will it burn horribly?
