Voltage text in yellow

Is this normal does the yellow mean i should go higher or lower?

It usually means it's too high but depends on RAM itself and what it's made for.

Yellow means your in the warning stage/ higher limit of the recommended voltage range. If it turns red, then your over the recommended voltage for the part
