Can I replace 1.35 volt RAM with 1.5 volt RAM? Replacing PC3-10600 1333MHz DDR3 204-pin SO-DIMM.

Depends on the system. What is it? If it's a laptop then no. If you can't overclock or change the ram voltage on a desktop like a dell then no.

If it is a custom built pc most likely yes. Please give more info on what you are working on.

Lenovo IdeaCentre B520 with i3-2120 cpu with ddr3 memory controller up to 1333 MHz. Crucial wants to sell me a PC3-12800. 1333 MHz is 10600.
I am a bit confused. Lenovo Tech Support tells me PC3-12800 is a waste.
