Voltages Seem Wrong To Me

I recently built myself a system, and I have it set up and running now. It all seems to be running fine, except when I run Hardware Monitor, my voltages are way off of what they should be. I did a manual voltage test with my multimeter, and on the 24pin main connector, all of the voltages were well within the +/-5% range. Should I be worried? Is there another voltage monitoring program I should be using?

Here are my current voltages according to CPUID HWMonitor:

My setup is:
Motherboard - BIOSTAR TA970
CPU - AMD Athlon II X3 450
Video - NVIDIA GeForce 210
RAM - Team Group Inc. 8GB DDR3 1600
PSU - Rosewill HIVE 650
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate

You could take a look with hwinfo32 to see if it gives other values.

I am getting mostly the same values in HWiNFO also.

look in the BIOS

The voltage information will be displayed there so there is no need for any software

They indeed look almost the same,so maybe the sensor just isn't working right.
Looking in the bios is also a good suggestion.
