Volume bar in windows 8/8.1

Hey, I was wondering if any one of you guys have a way to change the volume bar in windows 8, because the one i have require a lot of clicks to change.. And with my acer laptop I can change it way easier with launchmanager (think that does it) but I can't use that on this system.. any quick fixes? thanks in advanced.

? If you're referring to the volume slider exposed by the sound icon in the system tray that works the same way it did in 7 and even Vista. Which volume control are you referring to - if it's a physical switch what device is this?
