Volume Brightnes Internet

One day when I was on my laptop (Lenovo) it crashed and the next time I reboot my laptop it was forced in airplane mode, couldn't change the volume and couldn't change the brightness. What do I do to fix it?

Can you please try Booting Windows In Safe Mode, and then rebooting back normally?

If that doesn't help, Restoring Windows to an Earlier State might help.
