Question Volume control stalls around 10 seconds each time I first boot up pc

Hello, I'm having an issue where every time I've booted up my pc and use the volume control (by keyboard, so not manually by mouse clicking on volume control and dragging the slider), the small volume meter shows up at the top left of my screen, but only changes by 2 percent. So, for example, when I turn up the sound to 100% with my keyboard (or any keyboard which has the buttons/has a remapped key), it will first show the meter and an increase of 2 percent, and then, 10 seconds later, it will show the volume meter again and adjust the volume to the correct percentage (so 100%). I hope I've made the problem clear (otherwise please tell me), does anyone know how to fix this?

did you try this keyboard with same settings on another system to see if it does it could be remapping issue .
