Volume disk errors

I have scheduled "Çheck now" to fix disk volume errors and when then I reboot my computer and it doesn't make the scan.

What can I do to fix my disk volume errors.

you can run error checking utility from the windows cd

Hi, suggest you post the volume errors. Is the disk failing (needs surface scan then replace if errors) or is the file system broken on the volume ? Psot all the messages you think might help.

NTFS (the file system most people use) is journalled and will self recover following an outage.

If you post windows version when you post error messages that would help.
