This problem has been going on for a year or more, and I dealt with it by using Loudness Equalization, Now it doesn't seem like that works anymore either.
I thought the problem was in my new headset but I realized my old headset had the same problem too, So I decided to plug my new headset into my IPhone and tested out some music, the audio was great and the bass was good too, So its definitely not the headset. I tried to update drivers and uninstall/install, I checked all volume bars, I also did sound trouble shoot nothing seems to have fixed it, To note I got a new motherboard because my old one wore out but the old motherboard had the same problem too. But yeah I tried everything that people recommended online but nothing seems to work, I don't know if this is the right part of this forum to post this
I didn't wipe my files when I installed my new motherboard so its probably nothing physical could be something wrong with my settings or something I just cant find it. @EDIT I forgot to mention there is rattling in headset when I use volume boosters on chrome but when I put phones volume on full blast while playing music no rattle happens
