Volume too High

For some reason my PC's audio is way too loud, i've managed to fix this by setting all my applications (including windows) to 10 on the sound manager: https://gyazo.com/f9ae764f2779eb6afd1bb50ef959834c

Is there a way I can fix this? It can get annoying at times when i accidentally set it to above 10 and it pushes all programs audio with it.

EDIT - Turns out it's my headsets fault, I should have looked more, sorry about that :S

Don't set it above 10...

What is the sound coming out of - speakers, monitor?

Is the volume on your actual speakers maxed out?

You do realize you can control volume on both the computer and the speakers but they are not the same volume controls...
