I only play game once a while.
But everytime i felt vomit after playing Crisis for about 30min.

My hardware:
Cpu: i7 (8 cores)
Motherboard: Asus X99-A
RAM: 16gb
GPU: R9 270 2gb
Storage: Plextor 256gb SSD
Monitor: LG Flatron E2041

Is this my personal problem or I need to upgrade my system?

Motion sickness is an uncommon problem but in some games it stems from low FPS. For example back when I had an R9 280, playing Dying Light killed me. I was sick the rest of the day after that. Try to turn down the settings enough so you get a higher FPS (around 60 everywhere). Look for settings in game like view bobbing and motion blur and turn those off and see if it helps.

Here is a link to a google search about it: https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+reduce+motion+sickness+in+games
Another thing you can try is to increase the field of view.
