Vostro 410 Compatible with 8 GB ram?

Im seeing on various forums and websites that the Vostro 410 is compatible with 8 GB 4 x 2GB DDR2 ram. I was wondering if this truly is possible. I running on a windows 10 OS.
My specs:
GPU: GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7200 @ 2.53Ghz
Memory: 2 GB Ram

What should I do? I really want to upgrade to 8 gigs. It says 4 gigs is max.

Well is 4 GB suitable enough for most games? Excluding AAA titles.

Newer Games need 8GB minimum , soon will be 16GB.
