vp930 or belinea 101920

i am planning to buy a tft 19" i have two in mind vp930 and belinea 101920
vp930 had excellent reviews,belinea which if am correct has almost similar specs,has anyone had any experince with that monitor and is it equally good as vp930

both mounts the same panel. Belinea is cheaper but keep in mind the dead pixel policies of the manufacturers.
