Question vpn connection to vpn connected storage

Hi there my issue is as follows:


When in our office I can connect to our network and local storage as well as storage located in and offsite office that connects via VPN.

When at the offsite office it also works fine all connects seamlessly.

But when I am at Home and start a VPN connection into our main office I can see that storage but I can’t connect to the offsite office storage.

does anyone know of a setting on a windows 10 system that would cause this?
other pcs are able to do this so it seems specific to my system.

This is a ask your IT guy for help. There are way to many variables on how this can be setup for forum users here to guess. In general it is not the end pc that would have any control over this.
