[SOLVED] VPN of other software ?

Hi guys,

I want the possibility to download stuff but not via my internet connection.my internet connection has a max download of 150gyg en it Gets sucked up easily.

So i want to reroute internet to another modem but still be able to get it on my pc.

Can this be done? Is this via VPN or other things?

(I can install a laptop at my patentschending house and do things from there)

You still have to connect to your parents modem. Take the laptop there, download what you want, and bring the laptop back to your house. There's no way(using the internet) to get the data from your parents house to your house without the data going through your modem.
