VPN on W7

could someone please tell me how to setup/install VPN on windows 7, so I can login to my work machine from my home desktop? thanks

You will have to talk to your IT department at work to see if they will even allow this.

Again... talk to your IT department. My network admins don't even allow LogMeIn traffic through our firewalls. If you don't talk to your IT people first, you could get yourself in some serious trouble.
