Vr black screen issue

Yesterday i bought viulux v1 vr for my pc but when i had connected in cpu it just only showing black screen. There is no power issue everything is fine but just black screen in vr so please help me out

Try a USB 3.0 port if it uses a USB Plug if its using USB 3.0 try USB 2.0

I have the same problem...Steam Vr Detects it correctly as a DK2 using the Oculus runtime 8.0 and I can move the headset around and see the image on my computer monitor in STEAM VR track correclty...however the screen remains BLANK,,,,on the VR HEASET....?

I had the Viulux V1 in storage for close to 5 months after purchase because I didn't have a gaming pc..never tested out until now...It seems I may have received a bad defective unit...which cannot be exchanged......
