VR ready specs?

HI, i'm investing in a new computer , an Oculus ready desktop, but i'm not really very good with the technical specs.
can anyone tell me which of these would be most suitable : ( they are all pretty much the same price)

1) intel core i7 4790 with 16 Gb Ram, gtx 970 graphics. (zoostorm)
2) intel core i5 6600 with 16 gb ram gtx 970 " (pc specialist/osiris gamer pro)
3) intel core i5 6600k with 8gb ram gtx 970 " ( Zoostorm)

For VR, I believe the i7 build would be the way to go. As an FYI, it may be possible to build for less than those are going for.
