Question Vram and gpu overheat ?

I recently changed my thermal paste and vram thermal pads but temp on gpu rises from 65 to 75C and then while playing pubg fps drop suddenly to 7 to 10 and then game crashes and restart .. does that mean my vram is gone or i just need to reapply my thermal paste and pads ?

You should tell people exactly what gpu you have and the exact thermal pads and paste used.

I have palit rtx 2070 dual.
I used cooler master as thermal paste and i dont know about pads

You said you changed the pads, you need to know exactly what pads your gpu uses. Also which exact paste as CM have more than one.
