So, I have an MSI RX 580 gaming x 8gb and I have had a few problems with it. The memory clock on the card is at a default of 2175 MHz for some reason and I'm not sure why since I know the card has a base memory clock of 2000 Mhz. Since it is running at 2175 MHz, it will always artifact then crash the driver after the artifacting starts to happen. In radeon software, I can only lower the memory clock speed to a minimum of 2100 MHz which does completely remove the artifacting/crashing and the card does run pretty stable. However, I want to know if there's something wrong with it since the advertised memory clock is 2000 MHz while mine is running at 2175 MHz. For example, if my vram is faulty and the card is fine? I'm not sure enough power is going to it while it's running at 2175 MHz which what was causing the artifacting.

Here are some screenshots for my GPU-Z and Radeon Software if it might be of help.
