Question VRAM Light showing up on motherboard

I tried to install Aimlab from Steam onto my Hard Drive and the PC shut down. I turned it back on and it had a red light on the motherboard, which then changed to a yellow light (a VRAM issue). All the lights and fans turn on except for the keyboard. There is nothing coming up onto the monitor also. Any help is appreciated
