VRAM overclocking itself

So my VRAM is being extremely wonky. It's running at a ridiculous speed and not coming down, the main setting for my GPU is 1250 MHz but it's going all the way up to 1600MHz (more than MSI even allows me to OC). I've even tried underclocking the memory but to no avail. I can no longer RMA the card. any help?

CPU: i5 4670k
RAM: 8GB
GPU: MSI HD7950 twin frozrIII X2
PSU: 850W EVGA

Can you use MSI Afterburner to downclock the memory?

And haven't touched the voltage and tried to underclock it but to no hope :/

Update: It just bumped up to 2800MHz when i turned crossfire on...

Are both cards memory at 2800MHz?

These are the readings from afterburner, and no only the first one. Fan RPM fluncuates, as the memory stays that high, it slowly dies down. and I've UC them to 600 MHz to maybe try to solve the problem. and 1.2 V

Try each of them on their own and see how they behave.

Then your mobo is faulty. Can you RMA it?
