hi, i'm palnning to buy:
cpu: ryzen 3 3300x
gpu: 1650 super
mobo: asrock b450m hdv
psu: be quite! u9 500w
ram: geil evo potenzo 2666mhx 2x4gb
cpu cooler: deepcool gammaxx 400s 120mm tower fan
casing: cube gaming kaggen with 120mm rear fan.
if i want to overclock the cpu, will i need extra fan/cooler for the vrm?

Solution
Honestly, the 3300x is a relatively low-power CPU, so I doubt that you'll really need any active cooling on your VRMs for overclocking. If I were you, I'd probably get some VRM heatsinks, and as long as you have decent airflow through your case, you should be fine.
