Question VRMs are overheating?

I want to overclock my athlon x4 840.
My motherboard is: gygabye f2a68hm-s1

My oc is going pretty smoothly but I realized that I forgot about vrms.
My motherboard does not have a vrm sensor built in it.
What should I do?
